Now that MySpace has all but replaced the need for a band or artist web site, superseding Gig Calanders, Blogs, Photo Galleries, Video Galleries and Direct Marketing opportunities what is the point of a web site?
Grand Central took a different approach and decided it was to offer a fun experience for their users. The benefit of having your own web site is that it is in an environment which you can completely control the content displayed. It transposes the image the band wanted to portray perfectly, and it isn't cluttered with SPAM messages and Paid Advertising.
